Servest - Colleagues app for iPhone and iPad

This app is for members of the Servest workforce only. For those in the Servest team, this app enables you to receive work in the form of shifts, as well as giving you a direct channel for receiving information from managers in real time. Please download the app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile. Please ensure you allow the app to send you notifications, so that you will be alerted when shifts become available that match your skills, experience and location.

▶ HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once your profile is completed, you will be alerted each time a suitable Servest shift becomes available in your location. Open the app and you’ll see all available shifts in your feed. You can click on each shift to see the details, then either submit a bid to be considered by your manager, decline, or ignore. You will receive a notification as soon as you are accepted, enabling you to see the details and instructions for the shift in your ‘Accepted’ tab. If you would like to withdraw from a shift after submitting a bid, please click ‘Withdraw’.

▶ WHAT DO YOU DO NOW?

Download the app, agree to accept notifications when prompted, then complete your profile. We recommend you add a photo, or preferably record a short video by clicking on the photo in your profile. Once your profile has been completed, you will be added automatically to the appropriate Servest team(s) and will be notified each time a suitable shift is added.
